These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 777sc website, mobile platform, games, betting services and all related features (collectively, "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, whether registered or unregistered, and they come into effect the moment you access the Platform for the first time.

To be eligible to register and use 777sc, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

By proceeding past the registration screen at 777sc, you confirm that all of the above eligibility criteria are met and that the information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading. 777sc reserves the right to verify any eligibility condition at any time and to suspend access pending verification.

Each person is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the 777sc Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same phone number, the same payment method, the same device or any combination of these — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all linked accounts and forfeiture of any balances associated with duplicate accounts created in violation of this rule.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a secure password during registration. All information provided must be accurate and up to date.
• You must verify your mobile number via OTP before your account becomes active on 777sc.
• Any changes to your registered details — including phone number or payment information — must be updated through your account settings and may require identity verification before taking effect.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777sc login credentials. You must not share your password, OTP codes or account access with any other person under any circumstances. 777sc will never ask for your full password via customer support. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you personally. Identity Verification (KYC)

777sc reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including — but not limited to — before processing withdrawal requests, following unusual account activity or when required by internal compliance procedures. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal holds until the verification process is complete.

All deposits to 777sc accounts are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied on any transaction. The payment methods currently accepted at 777sc for Pakistani players include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction across all payment methods.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• 777sc does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees as per their standard terms.
• Deposit confirmation times vary by payment method. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically reflect within seconds. IBFT transfers may take up to 2 hours to clear.
• Deposited funds are held in your 777sc account balance and are available for betting and gaming immediately upon confirmation.
• All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering checks. 777sc reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds where required by internal compliance procedures.

Withdrawals from your 777sc account must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the method used for deposits where applicable. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per request.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in order of submission. The majority of requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are completed within 5 minutes during standard operating hours. IBFT transfers may take up to one business day.
• You may only withdraw funds that represent settled winnings or unused deposit balances. Bonus credit that has not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
• 777sc reserves the right to apply identity verification checks before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large amounts or withdrawals to a payment method not previously used on the account.
• In the event of a suspected breach of these Terms, 777sc may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, 777sc reserves the right to void relevant winnings and return the deposited principal only.
• 777sc does not charge a withdrawal fee. Processing fees charged by your payment provider are outside our control.

777sc offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the following general bonus rules which apply across all promotions.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at 777sc carry a wagering requirement — a specified number of times the bonus amount (or the deposit-plus-bonus amount, as stated per promotion) must be bet before the bonus credit or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly at the point of offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.
• 777sc reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.
• Bonuses may have minimum odds requirements — bets placed at odds below the specified minimum may not count toward wagering requirements. Check individual promotion terms.
• If 777sc determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner that breaches these Terms or the spirit of the promotion, we reserve the right to remove the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
• Free bets and bonus credit cannot be exchanged for cash directly. Only winnings generated from the use of bonus credit are withdrawable, subject to wagering requirements being met.

All bets placed on the 777sc sportsbook — including cricket, PSL, esports, football and all other markets — are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of betting, as well as the general betting rules below.

Bet Placement and Confirmation

• A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference from 777sc. If you do not receive a confirmation, the bet has not been placed.
• Once a bet is confirmed by 777sc, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where a specific "Cash Out" option is available and selected by you before the market closes.
• Minimum bet: Rs 200 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• 777sc reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator at its discretion. The current maximum single-event payout is stated in the relevant market rules at the time of betting.

Void Bets and Match Abandonment

If a match or event is abandoned, postponed beyond 48 hours, or cancelled entirely after bets have been placed, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned in full. In-play bets are subject to settlement based on the scoreline or match state at the time of abandonment, in accordance with the relevant market rules. 777sc's trading team decisions on voids and settlement are final.

Palpable Errors

777sc takes all reasonable steps to ensure that odds published on the Platform are accurate. However, in the event of a manifestly incorrect price — caused by a technical error, human input error or feed malfunction — 777sc reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the error was obvious at the time the bet was placed.

All casino games available on the 777sc Platform — including slots, live dealer baccarat, roulette, poker and crash games — are provided by certified third-party game providers. Each game uses either a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical game equipment operated by professional dealers in real time.

• The Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game information panel and reflects the theoretical long-term return as tested and certified by the game provider.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a technical error occurs during a game round that prevents a valid outcome from being determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your 777sc balance.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical cards, wheels or dice under the management of the dealer and are not controllable by 777sc technology.
• You may not use software, scripts, bots or any automated means to play casino games on the 777sc Platform. Any account found to be using such tools will be suspended immediately and all winnings generated through automated play will be voided.
• 777sc does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game. Games may be taken offline for maintenance, updates or removal without notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777sc Platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of relevant balances and, where required, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or identity verification; impersonating another person; accessing another player's account without authorisation.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using coordinated accounts to exploit promotional terms; placing bets that do not carry genuine risk solely to meet wagering requirements (also known as "bonus hedging").
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game or betting market, including but not limited to collusion at poker tables or coordinated live betting.
• Money laundering: Using 777sc for any transaction that constitutes money laundering or the proceeds of crime. All suspicious transactions are reported as required by applicable compliance obligations.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing errors or bonus structures in a manner that is not consistent with genuine recreational betting.
• Technical exploitation: Using bots, scripts, software exploits or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the Platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider after funds have been used for betting or gaming on 777sc. Accounts with open chargeback claims will be suspended pending resolution.

777sc reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we determine that:

• Any of the eligibility conditions in Section 1 are not or are no longer met.
• Any of the prohibited conduct listed in Section 8 has occurred or is suspected.
• The account holder has failed to complete an identity verification request within the required timeframe.
• The account is dormant — meaning no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. A notice will be sent to the registered contact details before dormancy fees apply.
• We receive a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder under our Responsible Gaming programme.

Where an account is closed for reasons attributable to a breach of these Terms by the account holder, 777sc may forfeit any bonus credit and bonus-related winnings held in the account. Unused deposits (principal funds) will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

You may also close your 777sc account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, your account balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures.

777sc is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that while the vast majority of our players enjoy betting as entertainment, a small number may develop patterns of behaviour that indicate problem gambling. We take this seriously and have embedded responsible gaming tools directly into every account.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit to control how much you can deposit into your 777sc account over a chosen period. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased until a 7-day cooling-off period has passed.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.

• Cool-off period: Take a short break from betting and gaming — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks — without permanently closing your account.

777sc provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 777sc is not liable for any financial losses arising from betting or gaming activity on the Platform beyond the return of your staked funds where a bet is voided.
• 777sc is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access was made possible by your failure to maintain account security.
• 777sc is not liable for delays or failures in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment system downtime, natural events or regulatory action.
• In no event shall 777sc's total liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 777sc's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

777sc reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice — either via a notice on the Platform, an email to your registered contact or both — before the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the 777sc Platform after any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you must stop using the Platform and contact our support team to close your account.
